The moderator was Richard A. Hoppmann, M.D., Dean, University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Speakers at the meeting included Dr. Hoppmann, Dr. Michael Blaivas, Northside Hospital-Forsyth, Dave Zar, Washington University in St. Louis, and Victor Rao, University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
